Chat Label
Zalo introduced the Label Conversation feature about two years ago, but it was only available on Zalo PC. The mobile version could display and filter conversations by label but did not allow editing the label list, causing inconvenience for users. Therefore, in mid-2024, I designed an update to synchronize this feature between mobile and PC.
research
The main reason this feature was initially launched on PC is that the primary user base comprises business accounts and sales professionals. These users typically have a large number of contacts, mostly customers and partners. They do not categorize contacts by conventional identifiers like names or nicknames but instead group them into broader categories for easier management.

Although this feature has operated normally on PC for 2 years, I still conduct some competitor research to deeply understand about the feature.
